At the heart, Café D’Avignon is simple and natural. We bake, serve and eat everything fresh on the same day. In addition to what we bake everyday at our cafés, some of our pastries and breads are “homemade” at our bakery in Queens (aka Pain D’Avignon). Each morning, they are delivered to our shops within hours of being removed from the ovens. This simple notion of freshness makes our food shine.
